Getting to the carnival by train

 

You can use the special Binche Carnival train ticket to travel to Binche half price by 2nd class train on February 19th. You can also travel home the day after your outward journey.

Buy your Binche Carnival train ticket via sncb.be, using the SNCB app or in person at an SNCB station.

SNCB/NMBS will provide additional capacity and an extra train for the homeward journey to Bruxelles-Midi station on Tuesday, February 21th:

Binche (+/- 7pm) - Leval - La Louvière-Sud (*) - La Louvière-Centre - Ecaussinnes - Braine-le-Comte - Tubize - Halle - Bruxelles-Midi.

(*) Connections to Charleroi - Namur - Liège and to Mons - Tournai are ensured at La Louvière-Sud station.

Please note: on Tuesday, February 21st, the last train (for Turnhout via Brussels) will leave Binche station at 9:20pm.

Ticket checks will take place at Binche station on Tuesday before the train is boarded. If you're travelling with an E-train ticket, you will also need to show your (photo) ID.

From Paris: Highway E19/A2, exit 21 Le Roeulx, towards Binche.

From Brussels: Highway E19/E42 (intersection to Anvers and the Netherlands), exit 21 Le Roeulx, towards Binche.

From Liège, Namur, Charleroi: Highway E42 (towards Aix-la-Chapelle and Germany), exit 21 Le Roeulx, towards Binche.

Depuis Lille (via Tournai): Highway E42, exit 21 Le Roeulx, towards Binche.
