Vhello, the Node Network

DISCOVER THE TOURISTIC OFFER OF MONS AND THE CENTRAL REGIONS THANKS TO VHELLO, THE NODE-POINT NETWORK IN THE HEART OF HAINAUT!

What is it ?

The “Node Network” scheme is a signposted, cyclable network, consisting of a selection of stretches, averaging 5 to 8 kms in length and complying with well-established characteristics.

Over its terrain, each intersection (“Node Point”) of the network is identified by a double-digit number. The signposts, in the form of a number, indicate the nearest “Node Point” and which direction to take to join them.

To prepare his itinerary, the user notes from the sequence the list of points and while on the terrain follows the numbered signposts.

This new 880 km network of cyclable journeys in Central Hainaut forms part of a collection of node point networks, including more than 41,000 kms of signposted sections; the nearest networks being the “Wallonie Picard à Vélo” and the “Brabant Wallon à Vélo”.

Plan your route using Fietsnet and hop on your bike with complete piece of mind or download  a map of the Node Points (also available from the Tourism Center in a paper version).
